Account & Data Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from the Hello Probashi app, follow the instructions below.

1 How to delete your account from the app:

Step 1

Open the Hello Probashi app.

Step 2

Go to Settings or your Profile.

Step 3

Tap on Delete Account.

Step 4

Confirm your request. Data will be removed immediately.

If you no longer have the app installed, please provide the following details to process your request manually:

Your Registered Email: (The email you used to log in)

Reason for Deletion: (Optional)

Type of Data to be Deleted:

Entire Account (Profile, Notes, and Expenses) Only Expense Data Only Notes Data

Please send these details to:

Your name and email will be removed from our database.

All backed-up Notes and Expenses will be permanently deleted.

App requests are instant. Email takes 3-5 business days.
